* Whew! Just wrapped two days on the set of Southland Tales, the new movie from writer/director Richard Kelly. He directed Donnie Darko, which is only one of my FAVORITE MOVIES EVAR!!!  Richard said that the film is going to be a “strange hybrid” of the sensibilities of Andy Warhol and Philip K. Dick. So although my role is very very small, I was thrilled to be a part of thea movie that has potential to be a cult hit.

* In my scenes, I am a reveler on the maiden voyage of the “Mega Zepplin” who gets stood up by her date. You’ll see me in the familiar-to-regular-readers green pixie gown t of mine, as “The Rock” and his female companion walk past the hostess and into the main VIP party room on the MegaZepplin (I just like saying Mega Zepplin). I’m tapping my invitation impatiently, and the camera swings around me and stays right on me as they pass. Later you can see me behind Nora Dunn as she interacts with an enemy.

* More info as it comes, but this was a lot of fun. I can’t wait to see the movie!
